An integral part of any day to day business operation is the continual high performance of your computer network... it's our job to ensure that your computer network meets your daily requirements.

The provision of a Computer Support Agreement (CSA) is an essential part of the support services that The Infinite Group (Aust) Pty Ltd provides to a wide range of our clients. The Infinite Group has been providing support services to organisations over a period of time, and understands that business can not afford down time of their computer system, as it is an integral part of their day to day operations.

The Infinite Group understands that all successful organisations require:

  • Proactive on-site support for your computer systems and associated peripherals
  • Support for specific 3rd party applications and software
  • Reactive on-site support to meet the immediate needs of your requirements

therefore, The Infinite Group designed a Computer Support Agreement to meet the needs of our clients.

CSA - Computer Support Agreement The provision of the standard support services has two key components:

Proactive on-site support Reactive on-site support Proactive On-Site Support Proactive On-Site Support can be provided by an Infinite Group Systems Consultant. It is suggested that our Consultant attend the site on a fortnightly or monthly basis to conduct systems administration, preventative maintenance, check system performance/configuration, and maintain face to face liaison with your company personnel. Some of the services that can be provided as part of a Proactive On-Site visit are listed below:

system administration

system documentation

problem determination system

performance/configuration

management backup/restore procedure and execution

PC component asset register

An Infinite Group Systems Consultant will automatically attend your organisation's site as per an agreed proactive visit schedule - there is nothing your staff need to do to action this support.

Reactive On-Site Support

If Reactive On-Site support is required, your organisation has four (4) priority options to select from when logging a call with The Infinite Group. The Priority of the call will depend on the severity of the problem. Below are the options that are available :

Priority A - Infinite Consultant to be on-site within 4 working hours
Priority B - Infinite Consultant to be on-site within 8 working hours
Priority C - Infinite Consultant to be on-site within 24 working hours Priority D - Infinite Consultant to be on-site within 3 days / or is a planned activity.

Once the call has been received, an Infinite Group Systems Consultant or Administrator will phone the Site Contact to initially assess the problem, and will then organise for attendance at the site within the nominated time frame.

Reporting

A monthly report detailing service utilisation for both Proactive and Reactive support will be provided to your organisation. This will outline: Problem reported & by whom
Requested response time
Actual response time
Problem resolution details
Total labour time to resolution

Monthly reporting will allow you to keep on top of your computer systems performance, also giving you the necessary statistics required to pinpoint where system upgrades or staff training may be required.
